His early career was in engineering and sales where over the last number of years, he gained invaluable experience in the property and construction sectors. From there Mark opened their new High Street premises and has spent the last 10 years as the Managing Director of Jones Estate Agents, responsible for development appraisals, land acquisition, planning, contractor management and new house sales.
Very much the team member, Mark's remit includes generating new business, maintaining existing links with clients and negotiating sales from initial instruction to final completion.

Deborah has worked in the Jones Estate Agents for over ten years. She believes that developing a relationship of trust with their clients is the key to success and good property management. Her farming background has instilled a hard working ethic and a passion to succeed. Coupled with previous experience in management within the Agri-Food sector, she has been invaluable and instrumental in driving the business forward and their continued success.
As a key member of the team, her main focus is developing the business and overseeing the management accounts, providing financial reports and always ensuring payments to our landlords and contractors are made.

With over nine years experience in management, Donna moved back to the UK from Australia. She joined Jones Estates Agents in 2013 and has fulfilled a number of roles within the company. She has overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, which includes communicating with property owners and tenants, ensuring team members are motivated and focused, and meeting the highest standards of service at all times. Donna has an impressive work ethic that is helping Jones Estate Agents move from strength to strength.
With her extensive experience dealing with people, Donna's quick wit, friendly and heart warming approach towards others make clients feel completely at ease. She is highly motivated, driven and has become an invaluable member of the team. Her strong communication skills and approach assist in generating new business and strengthening existing links with clients. She is professional and efficient closing sales, liaising with clients and solicitors and instrumental at progressing sales and purchases to completion.
In addition to her busy workload with the estate agency, Donna has obtained the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) working in conjunction with Intrinsic Financial Services, she can ensure clients are offered mortgage advice and financial services, authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

In her role she handles the numerous enquiries from landlords and tenants, purchasers and vendors, as well as organising property inspections and dealing with maintenance issues. Danielle works in partnership with landlords and tenants to ensure that tenancies run as smoothly as possible. Liaising with both parties on the many issues arising daily, she undertakes reference checks and prepares tenancy agreements.
Danielle joined Jones Estate Agents after 11 years experience in the Social Care sector. She works closely with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive assisting tenants with claims and helping with any Housing Benefit queries they may have. Danielle has a passion for developing working partnerships with the social housing sector and housing charities to promote the private rented sector as a viable option for vulnerable tenants. She strives to achieve a professional and fair service for both landlords and tenants and to accommodate a wide range of clients requiring varying degrees of support.
With extensive experience dealing with people, Danielle has a natural flair for effective, efficient communication and is real asset to the team. Her main focus is overseeing rent collection. Early detection of payment issues is a priority as it helps to safe guard the landlords' investments at the same time as caring for the tenants' needs, as timely recognition of financial difficulties can help to avoid stress for all concerned.
